INFORMATION

The 2024 Home Run Derby will take place on Field #4 during the Kewaskum Tribe Boys Baseball Tournaments and is limited to players from participating tournament teams. Registration can be found at the bottom of this page. Here is the schedule:

Sunday, June 23, 2024 - completed

9u - right after 9u Championship on Field 3

10u - right after 10u Championship on Field 1

14u - right after 14u Championship on Field 2

Saturday, July 13, 2024

8u @ 1:00 - 2:15p

11u @ 2:15 - 3:30p

12u @ 11:45a - 1:00p

REGISTRATION

  • Cost: $20 per participant (one entry max per participant)

  • We will only be accepting 30 pre-registered participants per division

  • We will accept walk up participants during the last 15 minutes of each division’s competition ONLY if the 30 pre-registered participants have completed their rounds

    • Walk ups will be $20 cash at the registration table

RULES

  • Each participant is awarded 7 outs or 3 minutes (whichever occurs first)

  • A ball hit over the fence is one run and not counted towards the 7 outs

  • Each swing that is not a Home Run is considered an out

    • This includes anything swung on and missed, fouled, or hit in play but not over the fence

  • Each participant is responsible for bringing their own pitcher over the age of 18

    • Pitchers must pitch from behind the provided L-screen

    • We would prefer if all registered teammates hit together with the same pitcher (coach or parent) to help move things along

  • Kewaskum Tribe to provide baseballs

  • Tiebreaker: Should age group leaders be tied after the competition, each tied participant will get an additional 3 outs

    • The process will repeat until a winner is determined

  • Only participating tournament players who are the age of each division or older will be allowed to voluntarily field balls in the outfield. Anyone younger than the division hitting must be behind the outfield fence

  • Distances:

    • 8u — 80 foot fence

    • 9u, 10u — 100 foot fence

    • 11u, 12u — 150 foot fence

    • 14u — 200 foot fence

  • There will be no foul line on the field. Any ball over the outfield fence will be counted as a run
